Cgt Sales Open For Business

Posted on: 4 March 2019

We’ve been working on something for a little while at CGT and its been really hard keeping the excitement under wraps. I’m really pleased to finally be able to let some of you in on the secret!

You may or may not know that the owners of CGT actually opened over 30 years ago as Estate agents and it wasn’t until the early 1990’s that owners, David and Paula Baldwin saw a gap in the market for a Cheltenham based letting agent. Cheltenham Residential lettings opened, adding a Gloucester Residential lettings and then a Tewkesbury Residential lettings in the early 00s and finally, after a rebrand, CGT Lettings Ltd was born. We’ve grown over these last three decades to encompass 1600 managed properties and 5 branches (now including our Quedgeley & Kingsway and Stroud branches) all manned by our 40 brilliant and qualified staff. However, we’ve recently spotted a gap in what we are ‘officially’ offering, and we decided 2019 is the year for this big change.

Building on our ‘Property Experts’ tagline, we have decided to come full circle and return to our roots as we launch our branch new ‘CGT Sales Ltd’ division which will be open for business this week.

As you can imagine from managing the network of properties we have around Gloucestershire, we have always had a heavy involvement in investment sales and purchases, as many of our landlords come to us for advice on where to invest their hard-earned savings to achieve the best rental yields. Although we’ve been helping with advice on this ‘under the radar’ for some time, we decided to unveil a new (but nostalgic) wing of the company with CGT Sales to offer this fantastic service countywide. The knowledge we have on where and what to buy to make the best investments is unparalleled and we want to share this with YOU.

Keep an eye out of our new blue and yellow colours but with our recognisable branding to show CGT sales in its own light, we also have a new website and all our expert staff are on hand to show you that if its investment property you’re interested in, you really won’t get better knowledge and guidance anywhere else.

If you are interested in having a chat with us about this, please visit any of our five branches or visit our website www.cgtsales.co.uk we can’t wait for you to join us in our journey as we continue on as the same trusted and knowledgeable CGT we’ve been for three decades, just bigger and better than ever before.
