We always hope to keep fall throughs to a minimum, so before we instruct your purchase we will expect proof of funds and/or an agreement in principle from a lender, as well as your proof of residency and ID for anti-money laundering regulations. Its probably the best idea to have all this prepared and ready before you even start looking for your new home.
If you don’t have a mortgage lined up, we have great relationships with local brokers so will be happy to introduce you to make things as easy as possible for you to secure your purchase.
