We always hope to keep fall throughs to a minimum, so before we instruct your purchase we will expect proof of funds and/or an agreement in principle from a lender, as well as your proof of residency and ID for anti-money laundering regulations. Its probably the best idea to have all this prepared and ready before you even start looking for your new home.
If you don’t have a mortgage lined up, we have great relationships with local brokers so will be happy to introduce you to make things as easy as possible for you to secure your purchase. We can also arrange solicitors, removals and even help provide furniture for your new home or investment! Just let us know.
